To ensure we can work as efficiently as possible, we kindly request that you gather and organize any clothing and household items before we arrive. This will help us streamline our process and provide the best service.

We understand that unexpected events can arise. If you need to cancel or skip your scheduled cleaning appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly. Please note that we do not charge a lockout fee unless this becomes a recurring issue.

 You have several options: you can leave the door open, give us a code to use, hide a key in a designated spot outside, or provide us with a key to store in our secure lockbox. For your peace of mind, the key tag will display a random number instead of your name or address. This ensures your privacy and security while allowing us easy access to your home 

No, there's no need to provide any supplies. We come fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning tools and products to ensure your space is thoroughly cleaned. You can relax and leave everything to us, as we bring everything required for the job.

It is entirely up to you! Whether you choose one option or the other, we are okay with either choice. Your preference is our priority, and we are happy to accommodate whatever makes you most comfortable. Feel free to decide what works best for you.

We are perfectly fine with Fido or Tigger being around as long as they don’t mind our presence! We want your pets to feel comfortable while we work. If they are friendly and relaxed, we will happily work around them without any issues. Your pets are important to us too.
